ObjectivesWe set clear objectives for each session, so that the team is clear on the purpose and context for the session. We take into account the internal and external forces driving the business, as well as the culture, challenges and goals that matter to the team. Objectives are driven by both the work and learning goals established in this process.

DesignWe design each meeting to accomplish the dual goals of the work and learning. While every meeting is highly customized, we use a series of design principles that set the conditions for hard conversations, key decisions, and useful feedback to accelerate progress, growth and change.

FacilitationWe facilitate our meetings to maximize involvement of every member of the team or group. Meetings are conducted to provide space for brainstorming and thinking together, as well as problem-solving and decision-making. Facilitators are highly skilled and able to customize on the fly as needed in order to fulfill the objectives of the team, while at the same time, providing meaningful learning content that applies to the situation,

ActionWe finish each meeting with a focused set of steps and a comprehensive report of the meeting. The report includes the activities from the session, as well as the decisions and any learning content that was included in the session. Over time, these reports serve as a chronicle of the journey that the team has taken together. We include the option for follow-up coaching in an "on-demand" format so that the team members can stick to their commitments.
